DIRECTIONS: Heading North on Sugar Rd, between Canton Rd. and Freddy Gonzalez, is “Freddy Gonzalez Elementary” on the West side of Sugar Rd. Just North of the school is Vance Drive. Vance Dr. has a median and is inside “The Meadows” neighborhood. Take Vance to Ann St. and turn left. Look for the signs.

DETAILS: This Edinburg The Meadows estate sale has a lot of great items from a pet free, smoke free home. Therefore, all of the items for sale are in excellent condition.
