This Bay View estate sale is actually a moving sale. However, most of the furnishings and decor are for sale. The house is very large, with beautiful, contemporary furniture and décor throughout. In addition, there’s lots of cool stuff in the garage, and some great patio items. Everything is clean and in pristine condition. Much of the furniture is fine quality. Three words to describe this sale: beautiful, contemporary, stylish.
Plus, it’s a beautiful time of the year for a drive to Bayview/South Padre! Make it a day and have lunch!
Because this is a two-day sale, items will be priced to sell quickly! The sale ends Sunday at 2:00 and everything must be picked up by then!

If you plan to purchase items as a reseller, we need to make sure you have an updated Form 01-339 in our files as well as a copy of your Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit. Please bring a copy of your Sales and Use Tax Permit; we will provide a copy of Form 01-339 for you to fill out.
