DIRECTIONS: 2204 SE Augusta Square (Country Club Terrace) is located off Yuma. Take 2nd Street south to Yuma. Turn left (east) on Yuma. Turn left into Country Club Terrace and identify yourself to the guard by presenting your ID and giving him the address you’re going to (2204 SE August Square). Drive past the guard station and take an immediate right. Follow the street around the corner. The house will be on the left near the end.

DETAILS: This high quality McAllen estate sale is in the home of a long-time, Rio Grande Valley resident and McAllen banker. The items in the house are very upscale. In fact, it’s some of the nicest we’ve had! The house and garage are packed! This sale has a nice mix of contemporary and antique furniture and household items. In fact, we have an amazing collection of McKinsey Childs’ décor, from small items to lamps to furniture and accent rugs. There is fine, original art; Remington-cast bronze sculptures; and an original bronze called “The Rampant Colt” by R.L. Wilson (limited edition #8 of 100; price will be firm on this item).
Fine household items include Henredon bedroom furniture; fine rugs; an antique armoire; western art; Waterford crystal; collectible vintage glassware and porcelain; antique clocks; nice upholstered furniture; Duncan Phyfe-style dining table; antique glass and wood display cases; antique buffet; and antique occasional tables. We’ll be offering a large assortment of gun cases; coffee-table-sized glass-top pistol display case; golf clubs; and fishing gear. The kitchen is packed with quality kitchen items. In addition, this sale also includes high-quality clothing. Many clothes still have the tags on them! Also a large assortment of designer handbags is for sale. We have something for everyone!
